We represent different investors for PV projects that are willing to buy:

1. Operative PV projects
- Already completely constructed and grid connected
- Located anywhere in Italy
- Size: 500kWp – 5000kWp
2. Fully permitted projects
- Projects that are ready to start construction
- Autorizazione Unica or D.I.A. permitted
- Located in the provinces of Piemonte, Liguria, Lombardia, Emilia Romagna, Veneto, Toscana and Marche
- Size: 500kWp – 5000kWp

The advantages of our straight-forward approach:
1. We do not require any commission!
2. We do not require you to sign any intermediary agreement: We present you directly to the final buyer of your project!
3. If you provide us the correct paperwork that proves that your project is legitimate we can sell your project within a short period of time to reliable and serious investors.

The procedure we apply:
1. Once we received the necessary documents we present the project to different investors. They have maximum up to 10 labour days to confirm if they want to purchase the project or not. First come – First served!
2. We arrange a meeting between you and the investor
3. Down Payment on Escrow / Notary account for exclusivity during Due Diligence
4. Purchase Agreement
5. Positive result of the Due Diligence = Transfer of the project to the investor
